- Assist administrative staffs to prepare their documents.
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
- Prepare Customs related Documents, Invoices, Airway bill etc.
- Prepare, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, web and newspaper publications, reports and related material from machine dictation and handwritten copy
- Check and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations
- Mail correspondent with Staffs, Suppliers, and Customers etc.
- Manage cloud storage (Google Drive, One Drive and Dropbox)
- Prepare meeting’s agenda, schedule, attendance sheet, evaluation papers and confirm appointments
- Arrange staff development training, remind attendees and trainers on time, arrange transportation, laptop, projector, drink, snacks etc.
- Set up and maintain manual and electronic information filing systems
- Arrange travel schedules and make reservations
- Supervise and train branch staffs in procedures and in use of current software.
- PC and Network troubleshooting support.
- Monitor office stationary and kitchen supplies
