Job Description

Position Summary

Senior Key Account Manager for Telecommunications is a sales professional responsible for achieving and further developing business sales results with assigned partners and key customers.

Role and Responsibilities

The position includes:

  • Increase sales of Samsung Electronics products and achieving agreed targets
  • Negotiating annual contracts per account with the aim to optimize long-term value creation
  • Analyze account profiles and potentials
  • Strategic planning and adapting condition of sales accordingly
  • Planning sales and promotion activities together with the sales team
  • Setting out targets together with the customers for each store and evaluating results
  • Analyzing sales performance based on defined KPIs for each customer and setting up improvements
  • Making timely and accurate sales forecasts to ensure optimized product availability
  • Coordination of all advertising and promotion activities within the accounts/region
  • Improving display share and ensuring adequate presence of products at the point of sale
  • Providing customers with product and performance trainings
  • Providing feedback to the organization regarding market conditions and competitor activities
  • Active involvement in annual budgeting process
  • Pro-active leadership that encourages teams to perform to the best

Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree
  • Minimum 7 years of job experience in the area of sales/account management
  • Good knowledge of the market and good business sense
  • Good product knowledge
  • Experience in people management and leading teams
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Driver's license B category
  • Excellent organization, co-ordination, and time-management skills
  • High customer orientation with strong communication skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, problem solving attitude
  • Sensibility for crisis awareness
  • Striving for further improvement and continuous innovation
