Job Description

ADL International Immigration Services  is looking to hire an Immigrant Investors Program Coordinator This is a hands-on position and would require you to work closely with clients and management. As the ideal candidate, you have a bachelor degree, a minimum of fi ve years of management experience of which at least two years include related experience such as working with foreign cultures and navigating the Canadian immigration process. You must be able to travel overseas to Iran, United Arab Emirates and Turkey, where our clientele reside. You are able to communicate in English, French, Persian and Turkish. You should also be knowledgeable and experienced with Canadian immigrant investor programs.


Your Duties and Responsibilities Will Be As Follows

• Identifying and developing administrative strategies for ADL clients to guarantee efficient and timely closing of high-volume investment portfolios

• Monitor fl ow of sales and increase or decrease of profit per fiscal period;

• Oversee administrative and prepare periodic sales - market analysis and other special correspondence, and develop proposals to address any possible deficiencies;

• Communicate with all parties regarding fl ow and delivery of services throughout the duration of the contract/investment process;

• Conduct research and assemble data and reports to ensure company services and products are at par with market trends;

• Establish work procedures to ensure that deadlines are met, company procedures are followed, and business goals are achieved;

• Oversee and co-ordinate day-to-day organizational procedures, and evaluate and develop new practices as deemed necessary

• Performing other related recruitment duties as assigned by the Director of Operation

• Ability to train new staff to enhance their skills and abilities to a high level


Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Investments Management or Languages or

• Time management skills are critical

• Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines

• Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills

• Strong case management skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and computer skills

• Computer proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of information

• Self-directed and highly motivated


Compensation & Conditions

• $24.00 hourly wage based on 35 hours of work per week

• Applicable overtime rate of $36.00 will apply after 44 hours of work per week

• Temporary, full-time position, which may require occasional weekend work

• Main place of work: 191 Roe Avenue, Toronto, ON M5M 2J1

• Any expenses related to travel will be covered by ADL
