TEAM LEAD MAINTENANCE APPLICATIONS (MAXIMO)

You are a collaborative, innovative leader responsible for the design, development and support of the Maintenance Maximo application and integrations. You ensure appropriate user-level security of sensitive information and are responsible for customer relationship management, training, leadership and communications on these solutions. You manage the team and the day to day IT operations activities, ensuring high availability for all Maximo Maintenance services. You oversee the configuration and support of the application and ensure availability of all production and test environments. You monitor all critical Maximo Maintenance production processes that have high visibility and impact on business operations.
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to consistently achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. You have a proven ability to lead and motivate others and to work with diverse teams to achieve organizational goals. You have a demonstrated commitment to quality and the ability to drive toward results.
You have a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business, or IT-related discipline. You have a minimum of five years' experience with Maintenance applications (ie Maximo) and with Supply Chain processes, in addition to experience leading teams in an IT environment. You have a solid understanding of interfaces between Maximo and other applications and can provide knowledge with interface mapping rules.
