Position: Travel Administrator, Receptionist, Dome Productions, Bell Media Location : 1 Blue Jays Way, Toronto (Ontario) Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience Hours of Work : 40 hours per week. Overtime as required Position Overview: Located in the Rogers Centre in downtown Toronto, Dome Productions is Canada's premiere remote production facility provider to the broadcast and production world. Dome has a fleet of (18) television production mobiles that it deploys all across North America facilitating live sporting events and concerts/award shows/etc. In addition, we provide transmission services to our customers to facilitate the live transmission of the game/concert/etc. back to their home base for ultimate distribution to the cable and satellite carriers. Dome's customers include TSN, Rogers Sportsnet, RDS, ESPN, Fox Sports, Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, just to name a few. Responsibilitie s: Responsible for all aspects of front desk duty including answering the phone, dispensing messages and greeting and directing visitors to their appropriate locations. Manage boardroom bookings, phone lists and client transportation Obtain hotel folios and receipts from suppliers for expenses on corporate credit card. Investigate and resolve disputed charges with AMEX Verify travel-related receipts against cost estimates and check for accuracy in accordance with DOME Travel Guidelines and the Travel Coordinators Accurately code travel expenses by reconciling the costs in the Travel Reconciliation system, including the proper breakout of commodity taxes (GST/QST/HST) Prepare journal entries to distribute costs from travel account to appropriate jobs or cost centers in the general ledger for approval by the Accountant Responsible for maintaining the tidiness of the cappuccino bar area. Places food and beverage orders as needed and ensures that the cappuccino bar is fully stocked Arrange and receive all courier and mail shipments. Maintain log books and verify courier bills. Track packages and distribute shipments. Act as key contact for office equipment, including maintenance Process orders for office supplies and office admin-related invoices for payment in APSS Supports the Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President and General Manager however required. Provides backup / replacement relief when Executive Assistant is on vacation and/or offsite.
