ObjectifAssurer le fonctionnement sécuritaire et efficace des opérations de l'usine. Responsibilities Principales responsabilités * Assurer une performance optimale tout en respectant la qualité des produits, afin de répondre aux besoins des clients * Assurer de la conformité des procédures de travail (SOP) * Assurer la liaison entre le directeur de l'usine et le personnel d'usine concernant les opérations quotidiennes de production, distribution et d'entretien des cylindres requis. * Supervision quotidienne des employés de production et entretien des bouteilles * S'assurer du bon fonctionnement des équipements et communiquer avec les techniciens. * Suivi des procédures d'affaires sur le site * Suivi des gains de productivité à travers les projets d'amélioration continue et Six Sigma * Application des procédures SHEQ et rappel médical * Effectuer les enquêtes en cas d'accident de travail et présenter des actions correctives * Participer aux prises d'inventaire selon le calendrier corporatif * Préparer les horaires hebdomadaires et vacances annuelles des employés * Voir à ce que la production soit faite en respectant les procédures et les standards de santé, sécurité, environnement et qualité de Linde et de Santé Canada et à l'observation des règlements sur le transport des marchandises dangereuses Qualifications Compétences techniques et fonctionnelles- Bonne connaissance des opérations d'une usine et de la manipulation des gaz comprimés- Excellentes connaissances des logiciels Microsoft Office et connaissance de SAP (atout)- Très bonnes aptitudes en communication, relations interpersonnelles et habileté de coaching- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois et sous pression Exigences requises- Diplôme d'études collégiales en administration ou production, ou un diplôme en voie d'être compléter- 5 années d'expérience dans le milieu manufacturier
